Merger Announcement and Notification
December 25, 2025Following the resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting of MMC Hardmetal (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on October 3, 2025, the merger with Mitsubishi Materials (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was approved. Mitsubishi Materials (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will be the surviving company, and MMC Hardmetal (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will cease to exist as a juristic person.
